Licence for the reels you add
This is what you agree to when you open your SocialWire account. Read it once; it is short.
Your account and your reels
You confirm that the Instagram account you connect is yours, and that you made the reels you add, or have the right to share them (including any music, clips and pictures inside them).
What you allow us
You give SocialWire a free, non-exclusive licence to store a copy of each reel you add and to show it, with your name and a link to the original on Instagram, on the SocialWire website and apps, and in the previews that appear when someone shares a link to it. We do not sell your reels.
You stay in control
You can remove any reel, or your whole page, from the Studio at any time. We stop showing it within 24 hours. Our team may also refuse or remove a reel, and when we do we tell you why in writing.
When you say another creator is wrong
If you tell us that another creator's reel is wrong, we show it as what you say, with your name, until our team has checked it. That creator may reply, and we show their reply next to yours. You are responsible for what you say, so keep to what you can show to be true.
Your details
We keep your email, your Instagram handle, your follower count at the time we checked it, and a record of this acceptance (the date, this wording and a scrambled version of your network address). We use them to run your account and to prove your permission. Our privacy page says more.
