What SocialWire keeps about the people who sign in to the Studio or write to us, in plain words.
Who runs this
SocialWire Studio is where creators manage their page and our team reviews the site. The public website is separate. Who runs SocialWire, and the Grievance Officer you can write to, are named on the public site's grievance page.
What we keep, and why
Your login: your email, your name and your password. The password is kept scrambled, so even we cannot read it. This is a Nevorai login, so the same email and password can open other Nevorai products.
Your page: your Instagram name, your photo, the short bio, the links and the follower count shown on it. This part is public, because that is what a page is for.
Your reels: the copy of each video and picture you add. You can remove a reel at any time and we delete our copy.
Your proof and your licence: the code you put in your Instagram bio, your follower count on the day we checked it, and a record that you accepted the licence (the date, the wording, and a scrambled version of your network address). We keep these to show that you gave permission.
What you file: the debunks you write and the replies you send.
A log of actions: who did what and when (for example a debunk approved, a reel taken down), with the reason. We keep it so that every decision can be explained.
The complaint and reply forms: the name, email and message you type, and the reel or page it is about. We use them only to read and answer you. Your email is never shown on the site.
Short-lived technical records: your network address is used for a short time to slow down guessing of passwords and misuse of the forms, and these records are deleted within a day.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and, for our team, to remember which tab was open. The complaint and reply pages load a bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), which works with its own technical information under Cloudflare's notice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who helps us run it
Supabase keeps the database and the sign-in. Vercel hosts this website (Mumbai region). Cloudflare stores and delivers the reel copies and photos and runs the bot check. Resend sends our emails. Apify reads public Instagram information when you or our team ask us to. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Our AI assistant
Nevorai's AI assistant, Orbit, helps our team run SocialWire and can read the same information as the team. A person on our team decides everything that is published, hidden, removed or suspended.
How long we keep it
Your account details stay while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your reels, your photo and your details from your page. A debunk or reply that is already public may stay as a dated note, with your name taken off where the law lets us. Complaints and the log are kept as long as we need them to show how we handled them.
Your rights
You can see what we keep: sign in, open My profile and choose Download my data.
You can correct your page from the Profile screen.
You can ask us to delete your account from the Profile screen. We treat it as an urgent privacy request: we write to you within 24 hours.
You can complain about how we handle your information to our Grievance Officer, named on the public site's grievance page.
Version 2026-10-15. The public site has its own privacy page for visitors. Questions: teamnevorai@gmail.com. The licence.
